Shipping destinations within the contiguous U.S. We standard ship via USPS, FedEx and UPS. We will send you an email as soon as your order has been shipped which will include the information to track your order.
Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order, depending on your location. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. All shipping fees are on a sliding scale based on the size and weight of the total order of your purchased items. If special delivery instructions are necessary, please provide these delivery details and specify this information to our customer service team when placing your order, so that your package can be delivered successfully.

Cazenovia Cutblock guarantees the highest quality standard in carefully manufacturing our products. We are proud of the craftsmanship and stand behind our products and talented skilled artisans. A tremendous amount of time, thoughtful, and meticulous attention to detail, design, materials, and safety have been applied into the careful construction of our custom hand crafted products. This is our top priority and our pledge to you.
Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and immediately notify us of any delivery damage and we will arrange for a prompt replacement upon review. Products may vary due to the handmade nature of each product. Please note that damage does not constitute a variation in the wood color or the natural grain pattern in the wood as this is a common characteristic that occurs in the solid wood of each product which makes each piece unique.
In the unfortunate event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please promptly notify us within seven (7) days of your original purchase date. Upon receiving your eligible return within fourteen (14) days we will review your returned item and notify you of the status. Eligible returns will receive a full refund of the merchandise value, exchange or credit for future purchases. Eligible returns and exchanges must be returned in new condition in which you received the item, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging with all of the original materials to be accepted and processed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We will accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
· Within thirty(30) days, we will issue a refund using the original method of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
· After the initial thirty (30) days, you will be issued a merchandise credit.
· Items must be returned in new condition in which you received, unused and unwashed, in the original packaging with all of the original materials to be accepted and processed.

Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded at any time. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed.
